This is an extremely simple application to fix a bug a friend described in Windows 10. Every time he started his computer, the "Enhance pointer precision" checkbox in the Mouse control panel would be checked and he would have to uncheck it.
I'm not sure what was causing it but some googling suggests it's a thing for other people as well. If you have this bug as well, drop MouseSpeed.exe in your Start Menu > Startup folder. You'll never see it if it's working correctly, and it exits as soon as it executes so there is no system load. It literally just unchecks the checkbox via Windows API.
Windows Defender will warn you about running this .exe; click More Info and Run Anyway.
